I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. No issues after that. The room was great, bright and airy with huge windows. Clean as could be. The bathroom was really nice, with stone tiles-I loved the shower especially. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and pristinely clean. Everything I could have possibly needed for basic cooking was there (plus free coffee!) in the mini kitchen and a well stocked grocery store was literally across the road. I loved having a laundry room available and the staff who was cleaning it was so helpful, showing me how to reserve a machine- they even give you detergent! And there were all sorts of useful items like laundry baskets, drying racks, and irons available. The metro is only a 5 minute walk, and the street was clean, safe and quiet (except one night when I could heard fans cheering at the football stadium in the nearby park, but it was kind of nice to hear actually!) I really can't recommend it enough and would definitely stay there again. I could live happily in such a cosy little studio!

I cannot really fault this hotel! absolutely beautiful decor, rooms & the staff are very accommodating — nothing is too much trouble. make use of the happy hour & little freebies like the nibbles in the evening, also recommend hiring the bicycle. best room is on the side facing the street so you can enjoy the beautiful Danish architecture & colorful homes. will be staying here again if I ever return to CPH!
